Need help learning how to do something on your computer? We provide one-on-one sessions to help you learn how to do something at your own pace. From the basics to advanced, we can help you learn it...a few popular topics that we help people with include:

• How to configure and use e-mail
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• How to search and surf the internet
• How to fix common internet problems
• How to fix common virus and spyware problems
• many many more...

Help is available either in person or via telephone!

Over the phone training:
1/4 hour: $13

In-person training:
1 on 1 session per hour: $35
Group session per hour: $40
+
on-site visit fee: $25

[In-person training NOTES: Minimum of 1 hour required. Multiple topics can be included within the hour. Although our staff is very knowledgeable in most areas of computers, it is impossible to know every single little thing. If our staff does not know the answer immediately, they will do their best to research and find the answer.]

Learn how to burn your own CDs or create digital music from CDs. Also, learn how to transfer music to your MP3 player and or ways to organize your music library. We can also help you find the perfect digital music subscription service to suit your needs.

• Learn how to transfer captured video from your camcorder to your computer
• Use basic video-editing techniques (such as adding transitions and music)
• If a DVD burner is available, we can show you how to burn your video to DVDs
